Considering the parameters of economic growth and military strength, certain countries boast of their superiority as powerful countries. They want to disgrace and curb the liberty and power of other countries. Their dazzling wealth is the main reason of their pride and arrogance. They never keep it in their mind that not a single farthing of their wealth actually belongs to them. The Earth has given away the entire wealth. They have flourished at the mercy of the Earth. They enjoy, they consume what they are given by the Earth. Not a small fraction of their wealth is received from Mars or any other planet. In this manner, all the countries enjoy the gifts of the Earth. It may so happen that some countries are richer in terms of their available minerals, natural or oil resources. They earn foreign exchange by selling out those resources. These countries enjoy the desirable economic stability. This is so because of the Earth. Instead of being arrogant, they should feel indebted to the Earth. The Earth has given them so many things in so many places of their countries. Wealth is widespread in nature, land, mountain, forest and sea of their countries. This is the reason of their richness. There would not be any basic difference between them and other comparatively poorer countries. Forest, land, sea, mountain, river- all are identical in every country in terms of appearance. The only difference is in enormous wealth that is kept hidden in nature. If the countrymen consider themselves lucky for the wealth they possess which is the gift of Mother Earth and for which they live lavishly and comfortably, they should no longer boast of their belongings. On the contrary, those who are financially well-off, live in a higher standard should come forward to help the weaker citizens of those countries. They would be like respecting the people of those countries. They will never feel lonely again. They have friends by their side. When the people of the benefited country would be aware of this understanding, they will also come forward to help countries weaker than them. This feeling will stick to their minds that life is a pleasure is lived together happily. When this idea of fellow-feeling will make room in the minds of many, then we will look forward in establishing ‘TPWP’.
Each country allots a huge amount of money in their defence budget. All countries - be it rich, developing or poor- allot lots of money for their military and defence budget every year and the amount is higher than the amount allotted in education, health, industry, agriculture, housing for the poor and other priority sectors. Weaker countries do it as their safeguard against rich country’s dominance and threat, and powerful countries do it for scaring weaker countries by buying modern and deadly weapons, fighter planes to strike within a short time, etc. A rich country is not much affected so far as their economic status and standard of life. But for the weaker and developing countries, the effect is tremendous. Expenditure in priority sectors can bring in upliftment in the standard of living of the common people leading the country towards self-independence. It does not happen at all. Every year different deadly diseases break out killing millions like the recent Covid-19 pandemic. It indicates the vulnerability of the health infrastructures of both the richest and poorest countries. If the health sectors were allotted sufficient budget to strengthen infrastructural and other spheres, such severity and uncontrollable disaster could have been avoided. This is the high time for every country to think over. The lockdown procedure could be continued for much more time if people could afford to stay back home without any regular earnings. But to arrange for bare sustenance, daily wagers, small businessmen or people of low salaries, had to come out once again. The worldwide economic setback would not have happened if money could be used for mankind and for the welfare of mankind. The Daily requirement as well as handling pandemics could have been possible simultaneously.
